Yogik ("we," "our," "us") operates yogik.com. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your personal information. We never have.

What we collect

  • Name, email address, and shipping address — when you place an order or sign up for email

  • Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card details on our servers

  • Purchase history — what you ordered, when, at what price

  • Browser and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site; collected automatically via Squarespace Analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics

  • Email interaction data — opens, clicks, and unsubscribes; collected by our email platform (Klaviyo or Squarespace Email Campaigns)

How we use your data

  • To fulfill and ship your orders

  • To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service replies

  • To send marketing emails, if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email

  • To analyze site performance and improve the shopping experience

  • To detect and prevent fraud

Who we share data with

We share your data only with service providers who help us operate the business. Current processors include:

  • Squarespace — site hosting, order management, basic analytics

  • Stripe / PayPal — payment processing

  • Klaviyo — email marketing (if opted in)

  • Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) — to deliver your order

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to remember your session, your cart, and basic site preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site functionality (such as the shopping cart) requires them to work.

Data retention

We retain your order data for as long as we are required to by applicable law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@yogik.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to opt out of marketing communications; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email us at hello@yogik.com for any data requests and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
