These Terms of Service govern your use of yogik.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

Yogik is a home goods brand operated by Yogik LLC, based in New Jersey, United States.

Products and pricing

We reserve the right to update pricing, product descriptions, and availability at any time. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you will be charged. Typographical errors in pricing are subject to correction; if an error occurs on your order, we will contact you before processing.

Product photography is representative. Color rendering varies by screen. If you receive an item and the color differs materially from what you expected, contact us — we'll work with you.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation email constitutes our acknowledgment of your order, not a guarantee of fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we cannot fulfill (due to inventory error, suspected fraud, or similar) and will issue a full refund in those cases. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, the Yogik wordmark, and the YK monogram — is owned by or licensed to Yogik LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is fine.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yogik LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, natural disasters, or supplier disruptions.

Disclaimer of warranties

Products are sold as described. We do not make warranties beyond what is stated in our product descriptions. We do not warrant that the site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
