Shipping

Effective May 2026

Processing time

Orders ship within two business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday ship the following Monday.

Delivery

We ship via standard ground carrier within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery is three to six business days from ship date, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders below $75 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Shipping rates and delivery windows differ from contiguous US estimates.

The accurate rate and delivery window will appear at checkout before you complete your order.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. If international shipping is something you need, email us at hello@yogik.com — we note every request and will add regions when volume justifies it.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If you realize you’ve made an error, email us immediately at hello@yogik.com — we can correct it if the order hasn’t shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Effective May 2026

Thirty-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Towels must be unwashed; glass storage must be unused and unwashed. Once a towel is washed, it belongs to the towel.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed — this applies to both towels and glass storage

  • In their original packaging (for towels: bag, ribbon, and belly-band intact; for glass storage: box, lids, and seals intact)

  • Accompanied by your order number

We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed or used. For towels, washed textiles cannot be resold — it is a health standard, not a loophole. For glass storage, items that have held food or been run through a dishwasher are considered used.

How to start a return

Email returns@yogik.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with instructions. Do not ship anything back without confirmation — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). In those cases, we'll cover the return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within five business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Bank processing time is outside our control and typically adds two to five business days on top of that.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different color or configuration, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, email hello@yogik.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
